Ye Olde Custom House which dates back to the 17th Century. The Pied Bull is reputed to be the oldest licensed house in Chester and the only operational brewery within the city walls. The Old Queens Head and Red Lion are also popular places to enjoy a bite to eat.
Coach House was the traveller’s favourite rest-stop in Chester since 1840 and today they are still serious about eating, drinking and sleeping. Chill out in the lovely beer garden of Watergates Bar and The Old Boot Inn is a low beamed traditional pub dating back to the 1600’s situated in the heart of Chester.
